SPI NOR Flash
Delving into the expansion of the specialty memory platform's growth potential, XMC has launched its own-brand SPI NOR Flash product series in 2017, which is widely used in computers, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control, IoT devices and other fields. XMC has been nominated as a long-term strategic partner by many well-known customers throughout China, the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries and regions.
The Company's own-brand SPI NOR Flash products are provided with floating gate process structure, with operating voltage of 1.2-3.3V, and industry-leading reliability and specifications such as wiping and recording speed, tolerance, and data retention.
